Just found and downloaded the podcast series; very well done. I know it is a lot of work, but I think there would be value in hearing you do a weekly/monthly spiel on the state of the mortgage world. Rate movement, trends in the industry, events that affect homebuyers. You really do show great promise in the podcast medium.

I’ve found the materials on your website and in your podcasts to be very informative and helpful. I am a prospective homebuyer and found your materials to be very down-to-earth and realistic. There seems to be a strong emphasis on ethics and doing things the right way. Please make some more podcasts if you get a chance - they’re indispensable!
