Tactical Execution offers a comprehensive one-to-one consulting package to jump-start your path towards a strategic online identity. It involves a detailed assessment of your company objectives and which of the 21 individual Internet Marketing modules would best contribute to your goals. All the modules are displayed below for your reference.
The package includes an initial 3-hour session to go identify company objectives and go through the 21 modules to see which ones are most suitable. Tactical Execution then puts together a detailed implementation plan with the selected modules. The report prioritizes activities and lays out a critical path.
A second session follows so your stakeholders can review our recommendations and make adjustments. We fine tune the strategy and then finalize the report. It is then delivered with an option for further implementation guidance on an as-needed basis.
